Sometimes known as the crown herb or grass of the troubadours, rosemary is a lovely wild and dense aromatic shrub that grows on the dry limestone hills of the Mediterranean Basin. Known since the Antiquity, the Greeks and the Romans would braid rosemary into crows to sharpen their memory. Its powerful herb scent slowly spreads its stimulating properties.
